1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and nothing more. SewerPipe-Lining.com is an information and referral site; it does not itself perform pipe work. Lining, bursting, excavation and related services are performed by independent licensed contractors under the written proposal and contract you sign with that contractor, and if these terms and that contract ever disagree, the contract wins.

2. The site is general information

Descriptions of methods, typical durations, what tends to fail in a given town and any price ranges that appear here are general background on trenchless sewer repair. None of it is a diagnosis of your pipe, a quote or a commitment about what your property needs. Any recommendation about your pipe should follow a camera inspection of your own line, never anything written on this site.

3. No relationship is formed by visiting

Reading these pages or sending the estimate request form does not make you a client of SewerPipe-Lining.com or of any contractor listed here. Sending the form authorizes us to pass your request to a contractor serving your area, or to locate one where none is listed. A contractor relationship starts only when you and that contractor sign a written proposal.

4. Estimates and prices

Price ranges on this site are examples only. Real pricing turns on the length, diameter and depth of the line, how it is accessed, whether a cleanout exists, how much cleaning the pipe needs, permit costs and conditions that cannot be known until the camera has been through. A written estimate is good for the period stated on that estimate.

5. Warranties

Any warranty mentioned on this site belongs to the contractor who performs the work, not to SewerPipe-Lining.com. The terms that govern, including coverage, exclusions, whether it transfers to a new owner and how to make a claim, are those in the written warranty that contractor delivers with the job. Where this site mentions a manufacturer's service-life rating for a material, that is the manufacturer's statement about the product and not a warranty from anyone.

6. Listed contractors

Contractors described on this site as verified installers have met the prequalification standards of the CIPP Verified Installer program at the time of listing. SewerPipe-Lining.com does not supervise their work, is not a party to your contract with them, and makes no guarantee about the outcome of any job. Check licensing and insurance with the contractor directly before work begins.

7. Outside links and embedded content

This site links to websites and services we do not operate and it embeds a video that a third party hosts. Their content, privacy practices and uptime are outside our control and our responsibility.

8. Ownership of the content

The text, photographs, layout and code on this site belong to SewerPipe-Lining.com or its licensors, apart from third-party marks, which remain their owners' property. You are welcome to view and print pages while deciding how to proceed with your pipe. Copying, scraping or republishing substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes requires our written permission.

9. No warranty on the website itself

The website is offered as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or completely current at any given moment. This section is about the website only and does not narrow any warranty on work a contractor performs, which your contract and warranty document govern.

10. Limits on liability

As far as the law of the State of Nevada allows, SewerPipe-Lining.com bears no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages connected with use of this website. That limit concerns the website alone. Liability connected with work performed at your property lies with the contractor who performed it, under your contract with them and the law of the state where the work was done, including any rights that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law and venue

The laws of the State of Nevada govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute over your use of this website must be filed in the state or federal courts that sit in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Revisions

These terms may change. The effective date at the top marks the current version, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
